Cancellation Policy: At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel or make changes to a tee time. You may do this during daylight hours either in person or over the phone by calling (610) 593-2600. If the change or cancellation is not made within this time-frame, the credit card holder is responsible for all applicable charges and will be automatically billed the full price for all players booked under the reservation. All sales are final for prepaid bookings and refunds will not be given outside of the cancellation policy. Changes and cancellations may not be made on the website. Please do not send e-mails requesting tee times, changes, or cancellations.

Moccasin Run Golf Club will issue rain checks only if the course is closed due to unplayable conditions, an electrical storm, or continuous significant rainfall making play impractical for an extended period.
- During a rain event, we will enter a weather delay.
- We ask all golfers to mark their position on the golf course and seek immediate safety at the clubhouse or in your vehicle.
- If the delay is substantial (45 minutes or longer), rain checks will be issued based on the number of holes played.
- In case of lightning, you will hear a horn to indicate an immediate stoppage of play. After a brief weather delay, the golfers will return to their position on the golf course and resume play when determined safe to do so by the golf shop staff.

No Rain Checks will be issued under the following circumstances:
1. If you elect to tee off in pre-existing or imminent weather conditions.
2. Light sprinkles or brief showers do not qualify for rain checks. The pro shop will have full discretion of the determination of conditions. (ex. heavy rain, thunder and lightning).
3. If players have played 12 or more holes
